Christopher Werner, Managing Director
Mr. Werner co-founded ESG in 1996 after spending ten years in accounting and securities related positions having been both a stockbroker and Chief Financial Officer of a NASDAQ listed company. Over the past 25 years he has been active as a founder, consulting agent and officer of over a dozen start-ups in multiple business sectors many of which achieved public listings on national and international exchanges including initial public offerings.
He has worked closely with foreign government offices in Latin America and Asia to develop and finance natural resource and other projects and is keenly aware of the risks start-up ventures face and has overcome the obstacles for both his projects and his client companies.
Mr. Werner graduated with a Business Management degree from Regis University, completed advanced coursework at Marquette and has worked actively with numerous investment banks, private equity shops, institutions and family offices in New York City, Chicago, Bermuda, Ecuador, Peru, Los Angeles, Denver and London.
Luciano Duque, Managing Director
Mr. Duque is a seasoned global business executive and entrepreneur, with 20+ years of experience in the US and international business in a wide range of industries, with a strong focus on Capital Markets and Fintech. Extensive experience in business startup in North, Central and South America, including the startup/structuring of a US Broker-Dealer.

Advisor for Morgan Stanley. Experience structuring investment funds. Extensive US and International Broker-Dealer, family/multifamily office, and fund allocators network. Knowledge and experience in digital assets, asset tokenization, and secondary trading of securities (ATS). Mechanical Engineer.

Gabriel Rosero, Operations
Mr. Rosero is experienced in the understanding of capital markets and executive marketing. He has spent the past 20 years in Europe and Latin America developing global financial
relationships in commodities, real estate, banking and agriculture.
Gabriel has also spent the majority of his career designing and developing sustainability and positive social impact projects and implementation on the field, providing market research and direct customer services throughout the cacao industry. He is currently a Professor of marketing and market research for the MBA program of SEK University and a Professor of financial analysis and ethics for the BA program of SEK University.
Mr. Rosero earned a PhD Sociology program in MAUP University, Kiev – Ukraine and a MSc International economic affairs in MAUP University, Kiev, Ukraine and has extensive international experience working in the EU, North, Central and South America.
Mark Thatcher, JD/MBA
Mr. Thatcher has served as an advisor and special consultant to publicly and privately held companies where he specializes in cross-cultural commercial transactions, M&A, securities regulation and compliance, capital formation, contract and purchasing negotiation, licensing, product area development, and business combination planning. He has been directly involved in transactions with Bank of America, Merrill Lynch PCG, Guggenheim, DP World, Goldman Sachs, Port of Sohar, Oman, Renault Nissan, Hutchinson HK, Jefferies International, Castle Placement, Securitize, Stout, Rothschild, Brambles, Panmure Gordon, RM2, S.A., among many others, and completed projects in 18 different countries.
Mr. Thatcher graduated in 1990 with a Masters in Business Administration and Juris Doctor, dual degrees, from the University of Denver. He has been involved with the International Trade Committee, Middle East Committee, International M&A Joint Ventures Committee, International Commercial Transactions Committee, International Energy and National Resources Committee of the Federal, American and District of Columbia Bar Associations.
